RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
To complete the reservation, a deposit and a condominium fee are required, as well as approval by the applicable condominium association, and an executed guest agreement. The balance of the vacation rental, sales tax, and a security deposit will be due 30 days prior to arrival. The security deposit is returned up to 60 days after departure. Deposits are refundable with a 90-day cancellation notice.
